The HEART OF TEXAS FARMERS' MARKET (formed in 1983) is open seasonally from May to September. It operates on Tuesday, Thursday, and
Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m, at the Heart of Texas fairgrounds at 4601 Bosque Boulevard in Waco
(just around the corner from the HEB on Wooded Acres).
